(P)lanets 2 game which i was waiting for almost 2 years was canceled.
I'm sad and disappointed but my grudge won't change the fact that it won't be continued.
I hope that teacup won't feel down & keep fighting !
Because it will be never ending if people keep hearing what haters says.

This is a really sad news because like others I was really looking forward playing this game :( But what makes it even more sadder it's because I've been constantly seeing online bullies and haters bringing down some of the best bloggers and game makers. As what had Teacup had said, there's a difference between a constructive criticism and a Flame. If the people don't like what they're seeing, they can either ignore it and move on with their f*king lives or just simply leave a constructive criticism that may help improve on the work of the creator. (-_-) Sorry for ranting on your blog..I was just really disappointed. (>.<) Thanks for posting this on your blog. Gonna go to the corner of my room and cry now (T_T)
ReplyDeletenever mind, i also shocked when i know the news. I just don't understand how come those people were not thinking before they said anything. I saw a lot people went through that, teacup was one of the victims of that irresponsible act. Last time i also read about the stupid mockery for Pacthesis from deviantart who are also producing sims dating game. Personally, by playing their game, i felt motivated to improve myself on doing my works better. I guess those people have never been taught to respect others. Like i said, some people just want to watch this world burn, they're killing creative people with their inferior comments.

But if the reason is she felt burden on doing the game, i can't say anything. It's her decision to continue the game or not. Overall what all of us did here just support her. ^^
Let's accept all critiques and comments, but make sure we have to know which one that we have to listen to, i'm sure that those haters make lots of people become stronger, thanks to them.

Yeah I saw a post saying negative things about Pacthesis games..her games are brilliant and I love her characters! But to see something so negative...It feels like that person is attacking the creator not only just her games :( It's not easy making these games and releasing it free to play to the public but these people must feel so superior that they think they put down people just like that without giving a second thought, it's really sad.

yes, i agree with you. :) it's not easy to make the game for free, that's why we should thank and appreciate them more. ^^ although they're superior, they don't have rights to crash people like that.

The first dating sim I ever played was (P)lanets, I didn't really have much interest in those kinds of games, until one day my friend told me about this game she'd been playing recently. The more I heard about it, the more I actually came to want to play it as well. I remember when I first started it, I was amazed at the artwork and how good the storylines were with all the characters. I sat there for two hours playing it. When I saw Teacup was making a (P)lanets 2, I was thrilled and overjoyed. But then it was canceled.. I was sad and disappointed, but I understood that Teacup was being attacked by cyberbullies, so I waited and waited.. Even if Teacup never continues (P)lanets 2, she inspired me to start working on making my own Otome game, despite how hard it'll be. -M-
