Please follow the steps below.
(This step using BMP as example, it works the same to MSB or CD)

1. Go to your GREE account from the HOME button on top right of your application.


2. Your BMP's HOME page will appear. Click About This App under your friend list.

3. two extra options will appear. Click Term of Use/Help

4.  In Term of Use/Help page, go to Contact Us

5. This Message will appear. Click confirm. (noted: English only!)

If you have common question,
please check FAQs in the game before send them email,
because perhaps they answered your question there.
please check FAQ on Menu Button in BMP/MSB/CD Top Bar.
and you will see Helps/FAQs there.

6. After that, you can explain your question & complain on the details box.
your reply will go to your email address that written in the Email Address Box.

Last but not least,
please use non-offensive words when you complain.
they tried their best for us, so please complain in appropriate way.

and please wait their reply patiently.

usually they will reply within one week.
don't keep sending them complain about not-replying your email.
