this is a complain letter that i sent to BMP GREE on 27 of September.

and this is their reply

I feel really sorry to them because last night i sent them another complain..

 I said thanks to them L24H fixed,

but it's kinda unfair that L24H end on 30 of september.

then i also asked them to not ignore costumer feedback,

although some of them  use harsh words, but they still need to reply.

this morning they reply the email, i feel sorry to them i complain about they don't reply customer feedback

anyway, happy L24H guys! :)

I sent mail to Voltage about the early completion rewards that promised to be delivered on 21 of this June.
and they're kindly reply to the incident.

I know that they did their best for the event.

Anyway, i received the Large Early Completion Set.
But i haven't receive Small & Medium Set.
I remember i got all Sets from the event.
Maybe Voltage just need some times to send it.
Let's be patient and wait. :)

and also a complain for Celebrity Darling Event rewards for 40.000 Love Point mission because i didn't get both of the rewards for first and second events in CD.

But i also have another issue on early completion rewards that just posted in BMP.
I finished 3 princes and i didn't get any rewards. ;_;
I will wait until i finish the 4th prince.
if i still don't get any early completion rewards, i will send complain again to Voltage.
i'm so sorry to complain a lot. >3<

Voltage did post that the early completion rewards will be delivered on 21 June.
My mistake to not read it. ;_;
