this is a complain letter that i sent to BMP GREE on 27 of September.
and this is their reply
I feel really sorry to them because last night i sent them another complain..
I said thanks to them L24H fixed,
but it's kinda unfair that L24H end on 30 of september.
then i also asked them to not ignore costumer feedback,
although some of them use harsh words, but they still need to reply.
this morning they reply the email, i feel sorry to them i complain about they don't reply customer feedback
anyway, happy L24H guys! :)
