do you mean like one of this?
if yes, you only can get the room renovation during the campaign.
so far for BMP, i only know about the valentine house campaign and strawberry house campaign (the picture)
and for MSB, it's the shop campaign (i forgot the exact name)
during the campaign,
they will have Royal Factor Mission.
so when you increase the Royal Factor for certain point,
you will get some items or parts of room renovation.
so, basically you have to wait for another campaign ^^~
