[update]GREE reply to error L24H incident & L24H extended to 3 of Oct. (BMP for GREE)

this is a complain letter that i sent to BMP GREE on 27 of September.

and this is their reply

I feel really sorry to them because last night i sent them another complain..

 I said thanks to them L24H fixed,

but it's kinda unfair that L24H end on 30 of september.

then i also asked them to not ignore costumer feedback,

although some of them  use harsh words, but they still need to reply.

this morning they reply the email, i feel sorry to them i complain about they don't reply customer feedback

anyway, happy L24H guys! :)

Hello gals, 

someone informed me that she couldn't see bold text of some walkthrough that i posted.

she accessed the blog using chrome & she's using Mac.
so my question is, do you guys have same problem?

this is a picture that she screen captured.
some of the options supposed to be bold.. but in her Mac it doesn't appear.

if you gals have same problem,
please help me by sending me screen capture through google+ or photobucket link or else.
or if you know how to solve this problem please tell me how. T_T

from the beginning i start this blog,
i never have problem with seeing bold text..
so please, help me to fix it.
